Chapter 7 (debt liquidation): Louis Fiechtner offers a free consultation to evaluate your situation for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It is not a fixed fee but based upon the particular facts.

Chapter 13 (debt reorganization): Chapter 13 cases are usually more complex and can last for three (3) to five (5) years. The fee is divided into an initial basic fee and the balance included as an administrative expense. Louis Fiechtner has an interest in making certain each case is successful. You are assisted throughout the process at every turn.

In either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 matters, Louis Fiechtner will diligently guide and represent you through all proceedings to ensure the result of your case is successful. Fees are paid at the time of engagement unless otherwise agreed upon. Terms may be available.
